I have used this as the sole diaper lotion for my LO, and she has never had a diaper rash. We use a combination of disposable and cloth diapers. It is safe to use with cloth, and does not leave staining or “gunk” build up. A little bit goes a long way, and it provides excellent comfort for her. I recently ran out, and used another ointment, and we are now recovering from a rash. Won’t be running out again any time soon. LOVE this. It’s also great for adult dry skin, chapped lips, and basically anything. It is a balm, and not a lotion, so do not use as a hand cream and expect to be able to hold anything. (Jan 17, 2020)
